As veterinary physiotherapists, we must work under the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and the Veterinary Surgeons (Exemptions) Order 2015.

A veterinary consent form must be completed before treatment if the animal is undergoing veterinary care or is lame.

Payments are due on the day of treatment, preferably via cash or bank transfer. A late fee will apply if payment is not received within 7 days.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee unless waived at my discretion.

For equine clients, please ensure your horse is dry and clean with a suitable hard standing for the session.

For canine clients, a suitable space to treat your dog is required, with access to a lead.

Privacy Policy: All client data is stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), either on a password-protected computer or in a locked filing cabinet.
